  • Work hard to ensure that our employees, our customers and the community go home safe
  • Celebrate a Valentine’s Day Company Anniversary, employee work anniversaries, birthdays, holidays and plan fun summer outings throughout the state
  • Attend meetings throughout New Jersey with different utilities, general contractors and other subcontractors to stay on top of the latest innovations and technology
  • Mentor and educate students via our internship program, which includes students from the Construction Industry Advancement Program (CIAP), local colleges and high schools
