Marilyn Grabowski is President of Atlantic Infra, in Wall Township, New Jersey, which is comprised of three construction companies that service the utility industry.

Inspired by her grandmother Florence DeRosa, who founded and managed a custom home building company in the 1960s, Grabowski is proud to contribute to New Jersey construction. Drawing on her STEM degree in Chemistry from Franklin and Marshall College and her talent for branding from her first career in pharmaceutical sales, Grabowski has cemented herself as the go-to partner of New Jersey’s utility companies.

Known as the “Lady in Red,” the entire team of 120 employees echo the red “theme” with great passion – celebrating a Valentine’s Day anniversary each year. Virtually everything at Atlantic Infra is red: the uniforms, the fleet and the office.

An advocate for entrepreneurship, Grabowski enjoys mentoring students and women. She is a proud stakeholder and board member of the New Jersey Common Ground Alliance, a past president of the Supplier Diversity Development Council and participates on the Construction Industry Advancement Program Committee.

The entire Atlantic Infra team celebrates '811 Day' each year with a party at Jenkinson’s Inlet
in Point Pleasant Beach.

The Grabowskis are proud to own and operate a family business. They strive to recognize each of their employees for their unique contributions to the Red team.
